Sierra Leone Sports: We’re presently third in the Finnish league- Abdul Sesay

Abdul Sesay in actionSierra Leone player, Abdul Sesay said they are presently third in the Finnish league, which he said is a perfect platform for Champions League football. He said they hope to maintain their grip and to come through the season as expected.
“Through the session they tell you what you can do better, where you should be it’s a huge learning curve.”
Sesay’s first goal was against league leaders KPV and since then have scored three league goals in 13 appearances. The youngster’s amazing dribbling ability is much-talked about in the Finnish league.
The attacking midfielder signed a year’s contract last December with Finnish side Oulun Palloseura Jalkapallo (OPS) in the Kekkonen division.
The OPS playmaker had previously traded his football with Atlantis in Helsinki, where he scored 22 goals during 2013/14 season.
Sesay is now targeting a place in the senior Sierra Leone national team after an explosive end to the 2014/15 season.
“As a former FC Kallon player, I know what it meant playing for Sierra Leone, and I’m happy and excited with my football so far. Hopefully, I will get a call up from my country soon,”
“I want to play for Leone Stars and these experience will be vital as my motivation I feel ready to help my country now and I hope I will get the chance,” he added.
“I am happy to have been able to sign and play for one of the biggest clubs in Finland it’s a dream come true,” Sesay said
