Sierra Leone Entertainment: The X Project resurfaces

X-Project, of the ‘Tumba dance’ fame, has made a comeback to the music scene with their latest single featuring Black Solo. It’s titled, “Cobra” and it’s hot. The Trio boy band is not new for its in and out of the music scene at a time in the music industry where people were yearning for hip hop songs of Sierra Leonean and Nigerian content. X-Project came out bustling with the hit song, “Lo rile” in 2008 and the song went viral on the air waves. X-Project later faded off the music scene but rebounded with a new video called, “Azuka”.
This all Sierra Leonean Boy Band is based in Nigerian. They flew from the civil war in Sierra Leone and sought refuge in Nigeria and literally turned their misfortune into fortune.
Below is a personal message from them:
“You guys have been very supportive to the Nigerian entertainment industry, especially to the musicians. It’s in this regard that we are saying thank you for all these years. X-project is grateful and will always be. Attached is our new single “Cobra” – X-project, Ft BlackSolo Produced by Mjoe, mixed and mastered by Foster Zino.”
