Sierra Leonean legendary singer and dancer, Sfano Njawa Sesay, popularly known as General Sfano has on Friday 4th August 20017, premiered and released a new video titled “My Diva”. This took place on Sierra Leone’s most current news programme on the national broadcaster, Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation.
In a brief interview with Daniel Moseray, the King of Pop disclosed that the song ‘My Diva’ is among ten songs in the album titled ‘Everybody Must Farm’ and that the purpose of the video is to help strengthen his group’s intention to stage a global awareness and fundraising tour promoting massive investment in agriculture and the need for love and unity among the people.
“My group wishes to produce more musical videos like ‘Show Me Your’, ‘Better Late Than Never’ ‘My Faith’ among others at the time of our take-off to global communities seeking to secure the Five Hundred Million United States of American Dollars we hope to raise to help us in our Institutional Capacity Building and Social Reintegration of the youth as a strategy to involve them in being responsible people in Food Sufficiency and Food Security”, Sesay stated.
Founder and Chairman, Everybody Must Farm, Njawa Sesay encouraged the public to focus on food sufficiency and food security adding that an unbearable global food crisis is forthcoming.
He called on global leaders to support ‘Massive Awareness Raising Actions’ depicting various encouraging messages on food Sufficiency and Food Security, build large food stores to save lives in the near future. Adding, journalists and artistes are groups that have the potential to bring the desired result in this course.
Also Chief Executive Officer, Sfano Michael Jackson Children’s Development Fund, he said that his group is doing its best to meet the Jackson Family especially Janet Jackson to support the official launching of the Everybody Must Farm initiative in Sierra Leone and that the event is expected to take place in early 2018
