Sierra Leone Sports: DV United FC takes on St. John today

The Secretary General of camp Diva Alpha Barrie has said that DV United FC will take on St. John in the ongoing 13th edition Camp DIVA youth Championship at the Kroo Bay community field.
United are looking forward to win their second match and sit on top of group G,after they won their first match against Wan Family FC (3-2)while their opponent St John are hoping to win their first match in the league after they drew(1-1) with their arch rivals drivers FC in their first match.
The Head coach of DV United FC, Mohamed Sillah, aka Coach Fergo, said he is very confident of defeating his opponent and sitting on top of the log.
”We are very confident ahead of the match. We always respect our opponents but we are going to defeat them and not only takes over the top of the log but also qualify to the next stage of the competition,” he said.
Coach Fergo further stated, “We are a well trained team. My boys are well focused and determined ahead of the match.”
He also called on football loving fans to make their way to the Kroo Bay community field in numbers to witness what he called “a thrilling encounter”.
The Chair of the association Charles Carew said, the league will continue tomorrow Saturday March 3rd 2018 with Spain FC playing against Street Key and on Sunday Philip FC and Tranga Ace 4 Betteh FC will battle for supremacy in Sunday encounter.
