Sierra Leone Sports: COFA Super Inter Community knockout stage start over the weekend

All roads will be leading to Parade grounds to witness the opening of this year knockout stage of the Central One Football Association (COFA) super inter community league.
The Chairman of COFA, Sammah Sesay, said 32 teams will compete in the knockout stage and on Saturday June 9th 2018 Foulah Tong will battle with Magazine in an exciting match that is expected to be full of fireworks.
He described this stage as the most tense stage in the competition that is why he is appealing to both communities to put on a very good behaviour for the good of the competition.
Fatu Conteh of Magazine said they are not only eliminating Foulah Tong but they are going all out to win the trophy as they have a very good team which is up to the task.
James Sesay, of Foulah Tong, said the match is going to be a tough one but she said they are sure of victory that is why players are well focus and prepared for the weekend encounter.
The Secretary General of the Association, Philipson Cline Cole said that because of the final of Camp DIVA Youth Football Association (CaDYFA) on Sunday 10th June 2018 the association knockout stage will not continue because of the final. n the letter written to COFA by the Secretary of Camp DIVA Alpha Barrie Alpha said in our quest to develop football in our community, CaDYFA has successfully organized 12 editions youth championship at the Kroo Bay Community field and final of the 13th edition has been scheduled to take the Stadium main bowl
In that regard we are appealing that you suspend your fixture for Sunday June 10th June 2018,as we shall commence for final on that day.
