Sierra Leone Sports: All set for strongest man test power

The Chief organizer of the Strongest Man test Power Competition, coach Sonny Johnson, said everything is set for the Strongest Man Power test on Sunday 2 September 2018 at the peacekeeping gym.
He revealed that the seven strongest men like Delta, Kosombo, Ibrahim, Lion Man, Richie, Stephan and Ansu will compete for different communities like Waterloo, Lumley, Aberdeen and other communities.
He stated that this is the first edition of the Strongest Man Power test in preparation for the next strongest man competition.
He stated that during the test power they are going to do a series of events. Some of the events are 1. front squat starting weight 150kg—170kg—-180kg—- 190kg., 2. back squat starting weight 200kg—220kg—230kg. 3. dead lift starting weight 220kg—230kg —240kg, etc. 4. 200kg standing and 5. ball lifting started 90kg–100kg–110kg—120kg and 130kg.
Most of the men competing in this test power say they are prepared to show case their talent and skills.
According to Richie, he wants to make sure that he wins the competition as he has been training very hard over the past months to be in a very good shape for the competition.
The Public Relation Officer of Peacekeeping gym, Alie Kargbo, said they decided to make this test power trial to test these seven strongest men that have been training for some months now so that they can be able to exhibit what they having been training for now into reality.
He revealed that these seven men will be representing the peace keeping gym during the strongest man competition and they are going to have series of test power trial before the competition to put all of them in good footing.
