Sierra Leone Sports: Ibrahim Bangura laid to rest

One of Sierra Leone’s finest sport journalist, Ibrahim Bangura, who was also a teacher at Government Technical School passed away on the 16th January 2019 at the age of 44. He was laid to rest on Tuesday 29th January 2019 at the Ascension Town Cemetery. After a well attended service at the King Memorial Church, Goderich, and after a laying out at the Atlantic Hall Siaka Steven Street in Freetown. The late man was a panelist on the Eagle Radio Sports team. According to sports fan, Albert Coker, the late man was one of the brains at Eagle sports and will be missed for his analysis in critical sports issues. One of the students of the Technical School, Aminata Kamara, said the late man was one the best teachers as he was always present to teach them and the late man will be missed by the school for his positive contribution to school.
