Sierra Leone Sports: Salone Police FC hoping to qualify for Premier League

Sport Committee Vice Chair of the Sierra Leone Police, Philip Amara, said they are prepared to qualify the team to the Sierra Leone Premier League. Amara said the players have experience in the first division competitions and they also have a very formidable technical team. He furthered that, the team has played two matches against Blackhall Road strikers, which drew (0-0) and won against Belvic United by two goals to one. In today’s fixture, they are going to play against Stationery Football Club at the Atouga mini stadium. According to Ibrahim Kargbo, with his experience in promoting community football and the rest of the other executives members, the sky is going to be their limit. He called on his colleague police officers to come out to cheer the players. Most of the players said they are determined to make sure that they qualify the team to victory at all costs come next year that is our dream Alimamy Kamara to see Police play in the Premier League.
